There is no “I” in Banks Law

In 2008, the Philadelphia Phillies won the World Series. That would have never happened if not for a full team effort. Every team needs strong leadership. In American football that leader is called a Quarterback. The Quarterback is responsible for motivating and leading that team to victory. But, he cannot accomplish this goal alone. Everyone from upper management to the part-time players must be on the same page working towards that goal, pulling their weight and giving it their all.

The work place is the same as a sports team. Without leadership, goals, hard work and team effort, we will be on the losing side. Our goal is to win!   Not only for ourselves, but most importantly for the clients we service.

“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.” – Michael Jordan
